We are looking for a competitive and experienced Call Center representative for US Based TV PHONE INTERNET Services. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
Its a full time and full attention required job for the right people. People with the incredible Telemarketing and Sales skills are encouraged to apply for the position.
Responsibilities & Requirement:
- We will hire you, if you have following skills:
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. MS Office).
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent knowledge of English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues.
