Job Description:
  • Promote a strong cooperative relationship with clients
  •  Responsible for developing, updating and understanding plan for customer and team so the stakeholders can map out its customers history and help determine their future
  •  Effectively solve problems and manage risk to ensure achievement of targets
  • Prepare presentations, plans, reports and analysis as when required.
  • Responsible to implement all SOP’s and recommend actions as and when required.
  • Identify resources and perform recruitment as per project requirement
  • Perform Vendor management as per the project needs
  • Smart Management of Field operations and resource planning
  • Shall work on value adds to keep up the services level and customer satisfaction
  • Perform Continual Service Improvements
  • Cater & Facilitate communication across teams
  • Manage bottlenecks/hurdles being faced either by Client or Internal Team.
  • Comply with company rules and policies
  • Indulge with gross root performing level to achieve quality standards
  •  Teamwork and Leadership capabilities
  • Conducts required inspections, training and develop continuous improvement process for the department.
