| Job Description: |
We are looking for a qualified and highly skilled Architect / CAD Draftsman who is familiar with Best Drafting standards.
- He should be able to make 2D Architectural Working Drawings of all Building Types from Residences to Commercial Buildings etc.
- Must be an Expert in 2D Working Drawings.
- Must have worked on Autocad 2013 or Higher Version He / She must know how to make Detail Working / Construction Drawings, Layout plans, Sections, Elevations, Floor Pattern Plans, Ceiling Plans & Other Building Details, etc.
Qualifications:-
- 5 Year B.Arch. Architecture Degree - (With 2 to 3 year CAD Training) “OR”
- 4 year B.Sc. Civil Eng. Degree - (With 2 to 3 year CAD Training) “ OR”
- 3 Year Diploma Engineer- (With 2 to 3 year CAD Training)
Experience:-
- Minimum experience 7 to 8 yrs.in the required Area of expertise.
Preferred Additional Skills:-
- Site Supervision, Estimation, Estimation & BOQ, Bill checking
Computer Skills:-
- Must have full knowledge of 2D / 3D AutoCAD,
- Should know additional software like Sketch up, Photoshop, 3D Max, Rivet, MS Office, etc.
