Job Description:
  • He/She has the responsibility to supervise, plan and mange functions concerned to call center environment and review the operations of the agents as well.
  • He/She has to responsibility to work as an information source to answer operator questions, assigning tasks, following up and giving instructions as needed.
  • It will be also needed to perform the basic duties such as preparing and directing schedules, monitoring attendance of operators, scheduling breaks and shifts as necessary.
  • Handling outbound activities from external customers.
  • Handling incoming requests from external customers by e-mail or Fax and management their inquiries or requests.
  • Providing information on complaints regarding specific services.
  • Selling products and placing customer orders in the computer system.
