Finovators Digital Pvt Ltd is Pakistan's leading digital insurance marketplace aiming to change the way people get protection and buy insurance in Pakistan.
- We work with the country's leading insurance companies to bring a wide range of insurance products to address customers' specific needs related to Car Insurance, Travel Insurance, Health insurance, and Life Insurance.
- We are urgently looking to hire 2 Call Center Executives / Agents for our Johar-Town based office in Lahore.
The following is a summary of roles & responsibilities:
- Excellent communication skills (Urdu) - Intermediate English language skills
- Good telephonic communication skills and previous call centre experience (minimum 1 year call center experience)
- Developing an in-depth understanding of company products & services.
- Selling company's products to target customers.
- Building and maintaining good relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases.
- Meeting monthly sales targets.
- Well organized and good with customer follow-ups
- Customer relationship building
- Any past experience of working with Insurance products such as Health Insurance, Car Insurance, Travel Insurance, or Life Insurance would be preferred.
- Holds a Bachelors degree such as BA/BSc/BCom
