Responsibilities
• Managing inbound calls in a timely manner
• Communicating with our customers in effective manner
• Negotiating easy terms for flight tickets & other travel arrangements
• Identifying consumer’s needs, clarify information, resolve customer issues by providing easy solutions
• Build sustainable relationships and engage consumers
Requirements
• Excellent spoken & written English communication skills
• Previous experience in a customer support role or travel agent would be a plus point
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• High School degree or higher
• Long term commitment
• Willingness to work in the flexible shifts
• Good at handling the pressure
• Positive and energetic attitude
