Job Description: |
We only considering long-term candidates who are actually seeking an opportunity to grow with us. (We are not a call center but a backend sub-handling office)
- Preparation, approvals, and monitoring of credit hire agreements.
- Coordination with third-party insurances and solicitors.
- Managing all queries of existing clients
- Preparation of invoices for third party insurances
- Payment follow-ups with third party insurances
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Timings: 07:00 Pm till 01:00 am second shift 1am till 6am
Requirements
- Candidates must have good listening power and be proficient in English communication
- Able to work from 11:00 am till 09:00 pm.
- Willing to learn new skills
- Must be independent, self-motivated, show initiative, and has a strong sense of responsibility.
- Must have convincing power.
