| Job Description: |
| Cooperative Computing is looking for a professional Business Analyst who will be responsible for assisting the Business Development and Project Management teams to gather and document customer requirements for Web/Mobile application projects.
Responsibilities:
- Takes a leading role in the Requirements Analysis, Documentation and Planning of new projects as per customers requirements.
- Supports customers in a manner that increases their confidence and knowledge, responding timely, efficiently and courteously to their needs and concerns.
- Assisting customers to think of efficient and effective solutions to business problems.
- Participate in customer meetings with Project Managers / Business Development Team to get a better understanding of Customer Ideas/Issues.
- Work closely with Project Managers, software Engineers and Business Development teams to deliver the results in time.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations as per the specifications provided by the customer.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members in a timely and clear manner.
- Translate customer requirements into appropriate technical specifications
- Read and understand third party system documentations to provide a ball park estimate / explanation on how a certain task could be completed.

• System Analysis and Design / Business Analysis
• Understanding of software design processes and methodology
• Project documentation and status reporting skills
• Agile development experience
• Ability to portray a positive attitude at all times; motivate and lead others
• BCS, MCS, BBA/MBA (MIS) Degree would be a plus.
• Excellent Spoken & Written English skills
• Must be excellent in Customer Service.
• Must be able to manage and resolve Conflicts.
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks
• Bonus Skill: Expertise with PHP + other programming languages |
