| Job Description: |
- Assume full responsibility for effective electronic QA of data entry and service delivery.
- Effectively utilize the technology resources at his disposal to measure the quality levels of service centers and Data Entry Vendors.
- Inform the Services Centers and Data Entry Vendors to make improvements in quality where required.
- Coordinate all the activities required to meet quality standers.
- Monitor and advise on the performance of the quality management system and produce data and report on performance, measuring against set indicators.
- Liaise with other leads and staff throughout the project to ensure that the QA system is functioning properly.
- Generate status reports of Quality Assurance Service Delivery as per set schedules.

4 years experience in process engineering and QA of service delivery operations
Adequate experience working in a leading role
Able to lead and manage 80 plus team members
Analytical bent of mind
Mature approach to handle risks/conflicts
Excellent command on advance reporting in MS Excel/Power Point

Excellent in Task Management
Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills
