| Job Description: |
| We are looking for a talented, entrepreneurial, and creative developer with significant experience in Ruby on Rails framework. Committed desire to work in a fast-paced environment. Who can think through and design end-to-end solutions at the application and infrastructure levels. Responsibilities include:
- Create new web applications and enhance current product releases
- Identify scaling bottlenecks and propose solutions.
- Improve the testability of our applications
- Research, test, benchmark and evaluate new technology.
Requirements:
- A minimum of Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering from FAST / LUMS / NUST / Equivalent Foreign Institution with high graduating CGPA
- 2+ years of experience with at least 1 year hands on experience with Ruby or Ruby on Rails Development
- Experience with Front End Development
- Experience with Javascript and AJAX heavy web application development
- Knowledge of front-end frameworks (angularJS, emberJS, knockoutJS, etc.) will be preferred
- Experience with advanced CSS and responsive designs a plus.
- Comfortable developing for our software stack, which consists of Ruby/Ruby on Rails, MongoDB, Resque, Github, Rspec, Passenger Nginx, Javascript, and bootstrap
- Experience with start-up companies or a start-up environment is a plus
