Training & Career Opportunities:

We're inviting a group of 4 Trainees to take them through a 6 week program. At the end of the program, based on the performance and Interest, we'll be offering permanent employment opportunities to short listed candidates. Below is a quick overview of the program

  • What do we do? What customers problems do we solve?
  • An Introduction to our global VPN network spread in over 100 countries.
  • Interaction with our Global Marketing teams for greater understanding of the service and challenges.
  • An overview of our current challenges, future aspects and 2015-2016 goals.
  • Understanding of customer psyche and ways to counter with customer problems by giving better service.

Short listed candidates would be offered job with the following job description.

Brief Job Description:

Successful candidates will be part of our Gaditek family and will be working with the pioneers of the VPN service, serving clients worldwide.

Job duties will be:

  • Remote technical troubleshooting.
  • VPN performance improvement advisory to clients based on experience/insights.
  • Live chat handling and lead conversion.
  • Support tickets handling.

You'll be communicating directly (via chat/tickets & emails) with clients in over 100 countries so you must have an excellent written English skills and a strong sense of team collaboration.
