| Job Description: |
- Develops integrated website and social media strategies to engage, build and improve relationships with internal and external stakeholders; maintains collaborative working relationships with stakeholders and facilitates the refinement of their ideas to translate them into website application.
- Aligns website and social media strategies with integrated marketing and communications strategies.
- Maintains framework for ongoing website content management to include orientation and training for content authors.
- Identifies and targets key stakeholder groups to gather constituent information and build e-mail house file.
- Coordinates email marketing campaigns.
- Develops and maintains a high-level understanding of latest trends in social media and constituent relationship management and makes recommendations consistent with best practices.
- Facilitates interactions, coordinates service engagements, and manages organization-wide usage of programming or content management software and other third-party website services, as well as social media networks, to accomplish Bethesda's website and social media objectives.
- Tracks, reports and evaluates usage of the website and social media and recommends improvements to increase effectiveness; researches and develops strategies for search engine optimization.
