Job Description: |
1. Promoting quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the Company;
2. Setting Quality Assurance compliance objectives and ensuring that targets are achieved;
3. Assessing the product specifications of the company and its suppliers, and comparing with customer requirements;
4. Ensuring compliance with national and international standards and legislations laid out by the Parent Manufacturer and the Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA) ;
Minimum Qualitifcations
- Four year Engineering degree recognized by HEC and PEC which can be Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering, Industrial Quality Engineering or Avionics/ Aerospace Engineering or an Associate engineer with 3 years diploma in Mechanical Engineering with Quality control courses or a person with background in defense forces, with the above mentioned qualification, with an experience of above 5 years in relevant field where there is a verifiable proof that he has attended training courses and has worked.
- Good observation skills, leadership skills, interpersonal skills, negotiation skills and problem solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple aspects of work at a given time.
- Knowledge of statistics, data collection, analysis, and data presentation
- Knowledge of state laws, CAA laws, regulations and accreditation standards
