Sabirs' Poultry is one of the leading names in poultry industry of Pakistan. For upcoming project in FMCG industry (Raw chicken, Frozen Cicken & ready to cook chicken meat products), we require Quality Assurance Executive and Officers in Raw material Inspection, Primary Processing and Further Processing sections. The detailed job description is given below;
1. For Raw material Inspection;
- The candidate should have atleast 2-3 years of experience in Frozen Chicken meat products.
- Experience of carrying out detailed audit and inspection reports.
- Experience in cold store and distribution plus systems documentation.
2. For Primary Processing Team;
- BSc/MSc in Food Technology.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in relevant documentation.
3. For Further Processing Team;
- 1-2 years of experience in Frozen Chicken meat Processing.
- BSc/MSc Hons. in Food Technology.
- Experience in preparing relevant documents and leading the further processing QA Team.
