The key accountabilities of the incumbent are as follows:

-       Determining in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications

-       Working with software developers and project support teams

-       Monitoring applications and software systems

-       Performance, functional and scalability testing

-       Testing in different environments including web and mobile; creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases

-       Identify, record, document and track bugs

-       Assessing customer requirements and ensuring that they are met

-       Monitoring performance to ensure quality assurance

The incumbent must have experience in the following:

-       In-depth knowledge of software testing, types and related activities

-       Knowledge of developing test cases for unit, integration and system level testing

-       Expertise in developing documentation of various natures (user manuals, process flows, deployment checklists etc.)

-       Knowledge of software quality assurance and process improvement domains

-       Knowledge of software development life cycles

-       Knowledge of automation tools (Selenium, Spec flow.) is recommended
