A British IT company with team of talented developers working together to build exciting and robust applications for growing businesses. We are seeking a person who can manage scope, plan and create compliance documentation projects for a variety of formal content development tasks for our IT services/ solutions’ projects. Compliance documentation/legal content development experience is required.
You will be mainly managing internal documentation projects for the company's legal aspects but may also manage documentation projects for external customers. As the project, resources are based in the UK, US and elsewhere abroad.

As a Compliance Documentation Specialist, you will take on the challenge of processing transactions and/or program specifics, while maintaining compliance with our policies. In this position, you will process contracts in a fast-paced environment in order to get our customers funded in accordance with our company’s guidelines.

Experience:
2+ years of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage central documentation activity.
Write and edit product manuals, user guides, software help, legal notices, FAQs, brochures, presentations etc.
Create documents in Microsoft, Open office and PowerPoint presentations and provide assistance with document creation for legal staff.
Support a broad variety of legal work throughout the world, including software licensing, product development, corporate governance, and intellectual property.
Support the drafting and review of standard templates and training for recurring commercial transactions including legal and business related requirements.
Support the review, drafting, and approval of confidentiality agreements, procurement services agreements, and collaboration on RFP/RFI documentation.
Collaborate and coordinate with sales, finance, procurement, marketing, software development and business unit teams as necessary to support revenue contracts, process transactions, address corporate policies/processes and other legal issues as they arise.
Work on special project assignments, e.g. localization/translation projects and due diligence.
Competencies
Be proficient in using MS office applications, comfortable using technology in general, and have an ability to learn and adapt to multiple software systems and applications.
Possess the ability to compose correspondence, draft documents in an organized manner, use clear and concise language.
Have an attention to detail, a positive, problem solving, business focused attitude with good judgment and able to priorities workload in a fast-paced environment.
Interpersonal skills must include excellent oral and written communication skills
Relevant experience handling commercial contracts, preferably for an international technology company, is an asset.
