The Sports Teacher manages the sporting program both internally (House competition) and externally (Interschool) and provides direction to teachers and students to deliver a relevant, stimulating and inclusive sporting program. the Sports Teacher will inspire a safe, engaging and challenging atmosphere, whilst promoting the School's philosophy, policies and procedures.

The Sports Teacher will maintain current sports programs and explore initiatives to offer and promote alternative/new programs within the School. They provide opportunities for student leadership in areas such as officiating, scoring, coaching and event managing.

The Sports Teacher is recognised and respected by colleagues, parents and community members as a passionate teacher who can demonstrate consistent and effective management skills. They initiate and lead sporting activities that focus on improving extra-curricular opportunities for all students.
