Job Description

Z-Tech, a tech startup that’s working in conjunction with an established National US company is looking for a Salesforce Developer/Administrator to manage a large instance of Salesforce.com. You'll need to work closely with Z-Tech's team of developers in an Agile/Scrum environment to build out external apps and processes. 

Responsibilities :

• Seek out and identify need system changes.
• Gather feedback and troubleshoot problems from users.
• Create custom objects, permissions, roles and user accounts as needed.
• Handle system onboarding and off boarding.
• Handle user licenses for both SFDC and connected applications.
• Aid in Development QA process.
• Build Flows, Workflows and Process Builds as needed.
• Monitor System Data Storage and API usage.
• Be the support “go to” person.
• Take the lead in creating and updating robust onboarding documentation.
• Stay on top of latest Salesforce.com changes. Proactively research new solutions and be open to offering suggestions for improvement.
• Ensure data integrity within the system.
• Work closely with Developers for system optimization.

Qualifications :

• 2+ years of Salesforce Administration Experience.
• In-depth knowledge of SFDC capabilities.
