Job Description:

IDMPakistan, premier digital marketing training company is looking for an energetic and results oriented telesales and customer service representative.

Main duties include:

Customer service duties:

  • Answer all incoming phone calls
  • Answer all emails
  • Maintrain relationship with current clients via whatsapp, email and phone.
  • Solve all queries of current clients and maintain trust and respect with them
  • Call current clients for installment collections
  • Call current clients for feedback

Telesales responsibilities:

  • Making daily phone calls to potential customers
  • Converting calls into sales
  • Giving a demo of the training over the phone
  • Meeting monthly targets of sales via phone

Essential Skills and Education Required:

  • Graduation (B.com, BBA or equivalent)
  • Having at least 1-3 years of call-center experience
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Extraordinary communication skills
  • Ability to work with patience and courtesy in customer relations.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle a diverse workload.

It will be a PLUS if you possess digital marketing knowledge
