Job Description:

This position is for experienced call center agents. Representatives must have excellent sales skills. Representatives work behind a desk for typically 9 hours a day and have daily goals on productivity. Duties will be performed in a call center environment, and include, but are not limited to the following;

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

  • Cross Selling
  • Upsell appointments (when applicable)
  • Answering potential customer questions
  • Taking Transfers from fronters and turning those into customers
  • Making courtesy calls to scheduled customers to remind them of their appointments
  • Miscellaneous tasks and duties assigned to support engagement center

Shift Timming:

Its Night Shift. 9 PM TO 6 AM
