| Job Description: |
We are looking for an enthusiastic professional to Lead our SugarCRM development team.
The incumbent should have a know how of best practices and SugarCRM Development processes; SugarCRM administration, development, customizations and integrations with third party software. Further more, experience of managing a development team with Agile & Scrum is a must have; to manage and deliver customer expectations.
The selected candidate shall be working on large scale SugarCRM projects.
Candidate must be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Essential Skilled Required:
- Working experience in PHP, MySQL with object-oriented approach within SugarCRM 6 & 7 architecture
- Thorough understanding of sidecar framework and approaches to extend it
- Experience with customizing SugarCRM 7 APIs
- Experienced with SugarCRM extension framework, logic hooks & workflow management
- Must be good in Database Concepts with respect to performance and scalability
- Agile & Scrum to manage the team is a must
- Good English communication and writing skills.
