Centaurus Technology is Looking for Supervisors / team Leaders for our newly established call center in HYDERABAD.
- We are looking for Male/ female Supervisors/ Team Leaders to join our organization.
- To manage and control a team of Call Center Agents, assign them routine activities in order to enhance sales productivity and generate maximum business opportunities.
- Applicant must have good listening and communication skills.
- The right candidate will lead a team of 10-15 TSRs
- The responsibilities include training, guiding TSRs to perform and achieve daily targets.
Job Specification
You must have the following skill to be considered or this vacancy:
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in the field of call center as Supervisor/ Team Leader.
- Good communication skills
- Must be fluent in English.
- Good marketing Skills.
- Must have convincing power.
- Good customer dealing.
- Must be hardworking and punctual
- Result oriented, team leader, coach, guide, who makes his team win
