Job Description:

Major Responsibilities:

  • Assist Program Manager Education in research and material development activities for Education Program.
  • Development of training material as per need of the program.
  • Planning, designing and implementation of training workshops accordingly for capacity development of staffs and teachers.
  • Training Need Analysis of Staff and teachers on quarterly basis.
  • Follow-up of capacity building/training/ activities Training co-ordination and post training performance assessment.
  • Build relationship with other capacity development organizations.
  • Review and update already developed material Prepare annual calendar of trainings in consultation with Regional Managers.

Additional Reponsibilities:

  • To communicate with material developer.
  • Develop training related hand-outs.
  • Develop Training materials.
  • Making presentation about BRAC Pakistan.

BRAC is currently serving about 437,465 people in 14 districts of four provinces. BRAC's micro finance program was launched in 2007 on a small scale in Punjab and the North West Frontier Province (NWFP). It is now operating with 88 branch offices, and has 45,011 women borrowers. BRAC considers education a powerful tool for combating discrimination's, illiteracy and poverty. BRAC started 20 pre-primary schools in 2009 in NWFP's Haripur district. The schools now have more than 600 students, about 61% of them girls. BRAC also initiated a health program in 2009, with services in Punjab's Sahiwal and Pakpattan districts and NWFP's Nowshera district. The program trains local health workers and volunteers to provide basic health care and health education to families and communities.
