Job Description:
- Implementation of Elementary School Project in Karachi and take steps to increase enrollment of schools.
- Prepare Plan for the smooth functioning of Elementary Schools.
- Monitor activities of schools and take corrective measure to ensure quality education in schools
- Taking initiative in engaging with District and Provincial Governments in order to ensure smooth functioning of schools.
- The incumbent will be reportable to the Regional Manager Karachi and submit his work plan and output Perfomas to RM Education on weekly basis.
- Prepare plan and ensure timely trainings of Head Teachers , teachers and other staff as per requirement of SEF
- Prepare, keep record of all kinds of reports of the project and send to RM.
- Ensure materials for schools as per requirement of schools through the proper procedures.
- To promote BRAC values & cultures and establishing good relationship within BRAC staffs.
- Any additional task assigned by the management.

BRAC considers education a powerful tool for combating discrimination's, illiteracy and poverty. BRAC started 20 pre-primary schools in 2009 in NWFP's Haripur district. The schools now have more than 600 students, about 61% of them girls. BRAC also initiated a health program in 2009, with services in Punjab's Sahiwal and Pakpattan districts and NWFP's Nowshera district. The program trains local health workers and volunteers to provide basic health care and health education to families and communities.
