Job Responsibilities:
- Achieve established standard, while making calls, for both operations and quality assurance.
- Maintain an accurate and complete understanding of all client products/services that are to be up-sold.
- To identify and handle customer inquiries and respond to their questions in the best possible manner.
- To speak in an accent that is fully understood and appreciated by the customer.
- To engage in a friendly and polite telephonic conversation with the customer.
- To have knowledge regarding efficient usage of software for their respective system tools.
