• Lead curriculum development, lesson planning, and assessments in line with Cambridge frameworks.

• Promote innovative teaching practices, including critical thinking, inquiry-based learning, and skills development.

School Management:

• Manage and develop academic and administrative staff through professional development and performance evaluations.

• Supervise day-to-day school operations, including admissions, academic programming, student discipline, and extracurricular activities.

• Ensure effective communication between staff, students, parents, and the community.

• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive school environment.

Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and implement the school's strategic plan aligned with its vision and mission.

• Set clear academic and operational goals and ensure achievement through action plans.

• Maintain accreditation and ensure the school is well-prepared for Cambridge inspections and quality assurance visits.

Financial Management:

• Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation.

• Oversee the procurement of educational materials, laboratory resources, library development, and infrastructure enhancements.

Student Development:
