| Job Description: |
We are looking for professional and personable Front Desk Officers (FDOs) to join our dedicated teams in Islamabad.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and guide patients — including children and families — warmly and professionally
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages from patients and families
- Maintain patient appointments, staff attendance, and leave records
- Coordinate mail, filing systems, and daily office activities
- Ensure reception and waiting areas, especially pediatric and family spaces, remain neat, safe, and welcoming
- Professionally handle inquiries in Urdu & English (other languages are a plus)
- Assist in drafting emails, short reports, and communication materials
- Manage and maintain daily and monthly revenue records
- Operate basic computer systems and software tools (including QuickBooks) confidently
- Provide admin support to management, therapy staff, and pediatric care teams
Duty Timings:
- Six days a week
- Morning, Evening & Night Shifts (as per roster)
