Key Responsibilities:

Web Development & Maintenance:

• Develop, maintain, and update the website as needed (front-end and back-end).
• Ensure the website is responsive, user-friendly, and fully optimized across all devices and browsers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, bugs, and performance problems.
• Collaborate with the design team to implement UI/UX improvements based on performance data and SEO needs.

Qualifications:

Experience:

• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development technologies.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.) and web development frameworks.
• Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.

Skills:

• Solid understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO trends.
• Proficiency in web design principles and responsive design.
• Knowledge of front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with other teams (marketing, design, etc.).

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.).
• Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
