| Job Description: |
- Review construction plans and prepare quantity requirements.
- Generate regular cost reports, providing insights into project financial performance.
- Prepare reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessments, and other documents.
- Scrutinize maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.
- Liaise with project/sub-Engineers, clients, and contractors to verify costing reports/bills of materials through detailed drawings.
- Forecast & Prepare project costing for the different materials needed for the project, such as materials, quantities, labor, and time.
