| Job Description: |
Supervisor / graphic design instructor
- Teach graphic design (print) and fundamentals of digital marketing
- Supervise and guide students in hands-on design projects
- Manage administrative and operational tasks at the center
- Coordinate with pafwa headquarters and nutech for program delivery and reporting
- Assist in curriculum development and innovation of teaching methods
- Organize exhibitions, student showcases, and school events
- Ensure maintenance of equipment and teaching resources
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication,ora related field (master’s preferred)
- Proven experience in graphic design (print and digital)andteaching/training
- Proficiency in adobe creative suite (photoshop, illustrator,indesign) and coreldraw
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with vocational training or non-profit environments is a plus
