Job Description: |
1.Communicates with the potential employers for placements and Internship opportunities for the students in consultation with the Manager SCS.
2. Conducts at least 10 outreach activities (visits/ calls) with internship and placement partners, and prospective partners.
3.Undertakes the pre-recruitment activities like posting job/ internship opportunities, collecting and screening résumés as per company requirement for all open positions and maintaining record of placement facilitation.
4. Assists the students regarding the matters of placement and internships and responds to individual placement related queries. Issuing ‘Report Reference Letters’ in response to student requests.
5. Helps Asst. Manager SCS maintain an MIS database of the all organizations and record of employment data. Update the contact and company list at least three times a year, for all companies. Review the companies/ businesses for legitimacy.
6. Updates SCS website, SCS Facebook/ Instagram pages, student e-groups/ Whatsapp groups/ Google Classrooms, and campus notice boards, end of the day, for information related to current openings, including jobs and internship opportunities.
7. Requests for and compiles student related feedback from companies.
8.Assists the Manager SCS in arranging on- campus SCS events and employer branding activities, including coordinating with the employer organizations and liaison with all concerned departments. These events, include:
- JobFair
- HR Networking
- Information sessions
- Internship drives
- Recruitment drives
9. Gives internship clearances
